Refund Policy
All jewelry items qualify for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags, original packaging, authenticity certificates and proof of purchase retained.

Custom/personalized/engraved jewelry, sale items, gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Worn, damaged or altered items with missing accessories are also ineligible for return.
Inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately at adcmanage25@gmail.com for defective, damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange free replacement, full refund or repair, and cover all related shipping costs.
Initiate a return for your original item first, then place a separate order for the new item after return approval for faster processing.
We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/credit card processing times may vary. Contact us at adcmanage25@gmail.com if no refund is received within 15 business days of approval.
